Mat Hoffman and the crew over at Hoffman Bikes built the new Dream 30 Year Anniversary 12″ Bike with rider evolution in mind!   The Dream is set up to work both as a balance bike as well as a normal pedal bike.  Brilliant!  It’s almost like 2 bikes in one.
